Every unit's different, so we price by the job, not by guesswork. The cost comes down to how much is left, whether there are heavy items like appliances, and how easy it is to get everything out (stairs, long carries, tight spaces). We check out the unit for free and send you a flat, upfront price you can approve from anywhere. The price you approve is the price you pay.

Totally up to you. You're welcome to meet us at the unit, but you don't have to. If you can't make it, just send us the address, access info (lockbox code, gate code, or where to grab a key), and what needs to go. Either way, we'll clear it out, sweep it clean, and send before-and-after photos with your invoice, so you can see the finished unit without leaving the office.

Absolutely. It's one of the most common jobs we do for landlords. Once you've met Nevada's storage requirements and give us the green light, we'll clear out everything the tenant left behind, from the unit to the garage and yard. Need anything held back, like paperwork or personal photos? Just tell us and we'll bag it up separately. You make the call on what goes, we handle the rest.

Pretty much everything a tenant leaves behind goes: furniture, mattresses, appliances, trash, you name it. The only things we can't take are hazardous materials the dump won't accept:

• Paint and paint cans

• Chemicals, cleaners, and pesticides

• Motor oil, gas, and propane tanks

• Asbestos and biohazards (like needles)

Spot any of these? Just mention it when you send the details and we'll point you to a free drop-off, so it doesn't slow down your turnover.

You'll see it with your own eyes. We photograph every room before we start, then again from the same angles once it's cleared and swept, including the garage, patio, or yard if they're part of the job. You'll get a text the moment we wrap up, with the photos attached to your invoice so you can check the work before you pay. We lock up just as we found it, and the unit's ready for your cleaners.
