Price is based mainly on volume, meaning how much space everything takes up in our trailer, plus anything extra-heavy or hard to reach, like a fridge coming up from a basement-level unit or a sectional on the second floor. We see the items in person for free and give you a flat, upfront price. The price you approve is the price you pay.

We can unplug appliances and disconnect standard water lines, like the one on a fridge or washer. For anything connected to gas, like a gas dryer or stove, we'll need it disconnected by a plumber or the gas company before we arrive, for safety.

We donate what we can. Furniture and appliances in good condition go to local donation centers, and metal and broken appliances get recycled. Only what can't be reused goes to the landfill.
