Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 22, 2026

Mojave Haul Co, LLC ("Mojave Haul Co," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through mojavehaulco.com and in providing our services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us by phone, text, email, or through our website, or when you book a job, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, photos of the items or job, and details about the work you need. When you pay for a job, your payment is processed by our payment provider. We don't store your full card number.

Information from others. Sometimes we receive your information from someone else, such as a property manager, real estate agent, or family member who books a job on your behalf. We may also contact you about items you've listed publicly, such as on an online marketplace.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, some technical information may be collected through cookies, device identifiers, and similar tools. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived at our site, and general location.

Photos and video from jobs. We take photos and video before, during, and after jobs for our records, quality control, and marketing.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your questions and provide quotes; schedule, perform, and invoice your job; process payments; send appointment reminders and job updates; send occasional marketing emails or texts if you've opted in; keep business, tax, and accounting records; improve our website and services; and advertise our services and measure how well our advertising works.

Job photos and video in our marketing

We may share photos and video from jobs on our website and social media (such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook) to show our work. We do not show your face, name, house number, license plates, or other personal details without your permission. If you'd prefer we not use any photos or video from your job, just tell us before or after the job, and we'll leave it out or take it down.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

Service providers. These include scheduling and invoicing software, payment processors, banking and accounting tools, email and phone providers, photo storage, our website host, and analytics and advertising platforms. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

Legal and safety reasons. We share information when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.

Business changes. If our business is sold, merged, or restructured, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Emails and text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your quote, appointment, or job. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional marketing texts, such as promotions or seasonal offers. Consent to marketing texts is not required to use our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of all texts, STOP MKT to opt out of marketing texts only, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you opt in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We'll still send emails about your quotes, jobs, and invoices.
